• Readiness for building of the projects offered
• Planned nominal capacity of at least 750 kW (PV & wind onshore)

The examination in our company takes place quickly so that you receive feedback
about the proposed project within the shortest period of time.

Should you currently have suitable project strategies available, we would be pleased if you would make contact and we could exchange all relevant key data.

After the receipt of your project proposal, an initial cost / benefit analysis of the project concept is carried out. In the event of a positive result, the project appraisal continues in the following steps:

• Issue of a letter of intent by Green Energy
• Countersigning of a confidentiality agreement
• Provision of an electronic data room by the rights holder
• Internal assessment phase by our project purchasing team
• External legal due diligence and drafting of the project purchase agreement
• Countersigning of the project purchase agreement
